The ChRI Parliamentary Decree number 8-B of 9/12/07

In the name of Allah, Gracious and Merciful!

Having considered the draft document on the composition of the Cabinet of Ministers of the ChRI, presented by the Chairman of the ChRI Cabinet of Ministers Akhmed Zakaev for parliamentary approval, the ChRI Parliament has decreed the following, on the basis of article 64 of the ChRI Constitution:

1. To approve the proposed structure of the ChRI Cabinet of Ministers.
2. The Decree enters into force upon signature.
