The decrees by the ChRI Parliament

The ChRI Parliamentary Press Service has distributed the following new decrees by the ChRI Parliament
Decree number 3-B
In the name of Allah, Gracious and Merciful!
In order to regulate the foreign policy of the ChRI government, the ChRI Parliament has decreed:
That the General Representative Mission of the ChRI President abroad be abolished as a body for which there is no provision in the ChRI Constitution.
That the Foreign Minister of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeriya Akhmed Zakaev should present for approval a list of the ChRI representatives abroad, together with the ChRI honorary consuls in accordance with article 68 of the Constitution.
The Decree enters into force upon signature.

Decree number 4-B
In the name of Allah, Gracious and Merciful! Во имя Аллаха, Милостивого, Милосердного!
In order to regulate the foreign policy of the ChRI government, the ChRI Parliament has decreed on the basis of article 62 of the ChRI Constitution:
1) That Umar Aiburtaev be appointed as the ChRI representative in Poland
Maiarbek Taramov should be appointed as the ChRI representative in Sweden
Umar Dandiev – the ChRI representative in Germany
Visit Ibragimov – in Austria
Aminat Saieva – in Lithuania
Sheikhi Ibba Shapi – in Norwar
Ali Asaev – in Azerbaijan
Khizir Aldamov – in Georgia
Sultan Arsaev – in Belgium
2) The Decree enters into force upon signature.

Decree number 5-B
In the name of Allah, Gracious and Merciful!
In order to regulate the foreign policy of the ChRI government, the ChRI Parliament has decreed on the basis of article 62 of the ChRI Constitution:
1) That Adam Borovsky be appointed as the honorary consul to Poland
Maas Ekkehaard – in Germany
Peter Kraig – in Denmark
Medet Onlu – in Turkey
Ivar Amundsen – in Norway
Nick Rey – in the UK
German Patsatsia – in Georgia
2) The Decree enters into force upon signature.
