In accordance with my statement of 10/10/07 made on the basis of the Decree № 160 by the President of the ChRI of 3/10/07

I decree:

1. That the First Deputy Chairman of the ChRI and all acting committee chairmen of the ChRI present me with reports about the work conducted so far and their proposals of further actions of the ChRI Parliament, given the current situation in the Chechen Republic of Ichkeriya.

2. That all the deputies of the ChRI Parliament (other than those who have withdrawn from their posts or have gone over to the occupants’side) have until 3/11/07 to present me with a written notification expressing their readiness to carry on their parliamentary duties in the ChRI Parliament in the new circumstances which are reflected in my statement of 10/10/07.
