The building of the ‘City Department for the Interior’ (GOVD) in Nazran, Ingishetia, was attacked this Friday night. According to the Russian sources, a troop of rebels opened fire from guns and grenade launchers. After a short attack, the assaulters smoothly fled from the place of the operation.
Some time later the fire was re-opened in a different place within the city. The local observers believe that the retreating rebels attacked a police patrol or troops of the Interior Forces.
There were no reports of the two sides’ losses as yet.
