Dear compatriots! On the 17th of June, our President Abdul-Halim Sadulaev died as a hero in combat against Russian invaders and their armed accomplices in the town of Argun. Dokka Hamadovich Umarov, born 13 April 1964 in Harsenoi village, of Shatoi District, CHRI. A member of Mulkoi clan. Holds a higher education degree as a construction engineer. Married, with six children, the youngest of whom is just 1-month-old. Mr. Umarov was an active participant of the both Russian-Chechen wars. During the First war, Mr. Umarov commanded the "Borz" special force battalion, which was later upgraded to a regiment. By the end of the war, his rank in CHRI Armed Forces was Brigade General.
