“He was killed in battle, fulfilling his duty”
Assassinations of legitimate leaders of Chechen republic of Ichkeria, starting from its first president Djokhar Dudayev, show the fear of Russian criminal authorities to conduct a dialogue with the opponent. They are afraid of such a dialogue, because the force of justice is on the
Chechens’ side, and this force is greater than any modern weapon. These assassinations of Presidents are also demonstration of evil-minded unwillingness to stop military activities in Chechenia and North Causasus.
The war, apart from genocide and killing innocent people, gives plenty of opportunities for criminal money laundering. The war crimes are rewarded with promotions and decorations there. That is why Russian authorities need this war. President Sadulaev was a highly moral man, who sacrificed his personal life for the service to his homeland. Today, practically every Chechen has lost his relatives, friends, or loved ones because of Russian aggression. Sadulaev’s wife also was killed. Nevertheless, the President kept giving the highest priority, even during the wartime, to hope, dialogue and religion.
Murder of such a man shows the anti-human nature of our times. Following the basic principles of Islam, President Sadulaev preferred to avoid holding weapons in his hands. Yet, according to his duty, he had to lead the righteous war in Northern Caucasus. He was killed in battle, fulfilling his duty. President Abdul-Halim Sadulaev shall remain in the memory of his nation as one of its worthy representatives. His after-death life shall be as bright and pure as his deeds in this world.
