The decree
"About preparation to spring-and-summer campaign."
In the name of Allah Gracious and Merciful!
In connection with necessity of strengthening of a military-political component of armed Forces of CHRI, according to the authorized plan of military actions for the spring-and-summer period,
I enact:
All commander of fronts and sectors to start preparation:
- For the next set of volunteers in zones of the responsibility of fronts and sectors;
- For maintenance of them with all necessary military equipment;
- For accommodation of updating on military bases.
The control of performance of the given Decree I leave behind myself.
The decree inures from the date of signing.

"About new assignment in the Ingush sector of Caucasian front-line"

Being guided by article 73 of the Constitution of the Chechen Republic Ichkerija and Law of CHRI "About the military condition",
I enact:
To appoint Amir Sultan as chairman of Shariat Court of the Ingush sector of the Caucasian front and as the assistant to the commander of the Ingush sector on religious affairs.

Being guided by article 73 (points 2, 3) of Constitutions of the Chechen Republic Ichkerija and Laws of CHRI "About the Cabinet of the Chechen Republic Ichkerija", "About the martial law", on the basis of the decision of the State Committee of Defense - Majlisul Shura of CHRI about reforming system of the government and management of CHRI, with a view of increase of an overall performance of Cabinet of CHRI in conditions of the martial law,
I enact:
To appoint Commander of Veden sector of MF of CHRI Amir Hairullah as Minister of social protection of the Chechen Republic Ichkerija.
