There is nothing surprising that the Kremlin has unwrapped huge campaign against independent public organizations and against the western humanitarian missions consisting of adherents of idea of the peace sanction of the Russian - Chechen conflict and trying though somehow to support refugees from the Chechen Republic, living, as a rule, in inhuman conditions, without means of subsistence.
