The decree
"About the additional authorities of CHRI President's Administration"
In the name of Allah Mercy and Gracious!
Taking into account the circumstance, that in conditions of occupation the Ministry of Justice of CHRI does not have an opportunity to carry out the registration and re-registration of public organizations and official bodies, on the basis of clause #76 of CHRI Constitution,
Enact:
1. To give authorities to the Administration of President of CHRI for registration of public organizations and official bodies of CHRI.
2. To create a department of registration of public organizations and official bodies at the Administration of President of CHRI.
3. To assign the control of execution of the present Decree to the head of the CHRI President's Administration Ibragim Mejidov.
4. The decree comes into effect a dato.

"About the registration of public organizations of CHRI"
In the name of Allah Mercy and Gracious!
The public organizations created on the basis of solidarity in struggle for liberation of the Chechen state from the Russian occupation, with a view to prevent the their usage by the Russian special services, on the basis of clause #76 of CHR Constitution,
Enact:
1. that all public organizations and establishments of CHRI must pass the re-registration in the CHRI President's Administration.
2. To assign the control of execution of the given Decree to the head of CHRI President's Administration Ibragim Mejidov.
3. The decree comes into effect a dato.
