Dear brothers and sisters!

For each moslem "Aid-Al-Adkha"-"Kurban-Bairam" is one of great holidays of the Islam, symbolizing strength of mind and will of believers to mercy, patience and validity. This sacred day personifies high moral ideals of the Islam, and its best traditions.

From immemorial times, during holiday Kurban-Bairam are especially brightly shown kind aspirations of moslems to one's who need help. Similar diligence on a just way to precepts of Supreme Allah and his Envoy, - is our sacred duty. It is sure, that for each of us this holiday becomes origin of hopes for the future.

Let this holiday put light hopes in our hearts, and strengthens belief in our hearts. Let on this day, in each house will come kindness, prosperity and pleasure of life. Let Supreme Allah receive our prays and send peace and well-being to distressful Chechen people! I wish good health, peace, happiness and well-being to everyone!

On behalf of the Government and all people of the Chechen Republic Ichkerija I congratulate all moslems of the world with the great holiday "Kurban-Bairam"!
