There wasn’t and will not be the Military victory of Russians in Chechnya

The creation of new structure with the marionette regime of Chechnya of the past under the harmonious pretext "parliamentary selections", is the historically last manifestation of Caucasian policies of Putin. With the entire gravity of present situation in Chechnya for it there is if complex, then an intelligible historical explanation.
Indeed during the last centuries was changed only the names of colonizers and regimes, planted by them. But Chechen people remained constant, remained constant its traditions and... mountain. The age-long sources of present state of affairs and also sufficiently "fresh", but already historical events show more than accessibly as Russia ought not to behave on the Chechen earth.
The first Russian- Chechen was completed by shameful flight, so that we will wait until, when Russia digs grave for itself in the Chechen mountains. There is given by the form not a crushing defeat of occupiers, but a decomposition of this stink corpse by the name of RF.
War in Afghanistan finished the Soviet State; war in Chechnya will place cross on existence of criminal formation. Let’s recall: in Russia, which was equaled with other non poor countries on the number of legal dollar multi-millionaires, are in this case 40 million (!) persons, whose incomes are near to the cost of living.
Poverty refers straight to the human losses, which many times exceed combat losses. Yearly Russia loses million from its population. Only in this year in Russia on the average from the transport injuries perished not less than 49700 people, 42400 - from the random poisonings by alcohol, 55300 - from the addiction, 58200 - from the suicides, 44165 - from the murders, and from other unnatural reasons for death together - about 713900.
Some certain part of these deaths of the diseases could not be with other social conditions. I don’t to understate the combat losses, which daily supplement this list 20-30 by loads -200. Before the war whether of Russia with this statistics? Moreover, war only flares up - the Chechen mujahadeen promise to open Volga and Ural fronts, if Russian management continues restive.
The new heaviest revolution of the events is obvious: the war swiftly is transferred to Russia from the Caucasian mountains. Here already, as is said, - not to the fat, to be live. Nevertheless, as before is fanned hysteria when sober meditation is required, and Russian management only reproduces the logic of thinking those Generals, who say, that in them select victory, without making possible for someone to "just about deal the final".
For some reason in two wars for this was not sufficient 11 years! But hysteria does not promise victories, and only moves aside and hampers the main solution, about urgency of which resembled last tragedy in Beslan: the negotiations about the peace, and the peace will not take away victory in Russian Generals for that simple reason, that military victory in Chechnya wasn’t and will not be.
To the path of war the adolescents, whom in ninety fourth, on the eve of the first assault of the Chechen capital, send into the first class, left, and they grew under war time. All this time, they filled up and arose under aircraft bombs, sounds of the disrupting projectiles, machine-gun and automatic crackling. They grew up not over the years - war became native element for them.
