In the name of Allah, Gracious and Merciful!
Following the ChRI Parliament Resolution ¹ 7-Â, on the basis of articles 78 and 81 of the ChRI Constituion, the ChRI Cabinet of Ministers decrees:
1. To appoint Ilyas Arsanukaev to the post of State Minister of the ChRI.
2. To leave the control over the implementation of this resolution to myself.
3. The resolution enters into force upon signature.
